In this month’s edition of Trainer of the Month Club, Sydney Lotuaco, a dancer and trainer, guides us through a 15-minute workout targeting the upper body and core. Despite the short duration, this workout will leave you feeling sweaty and strong. All you need is a mat and a pair of two-pound weights, or you can use alternatives like wine bottles, water bottles, or canned goods.

The workout kicks off with upper body exercises using weights, done in a continuous series without breaks, ensuring a significant burn. When you’re finally allowed to rest your arms, you’ll transition to floor exercises targeting the triceps.

After a quick stretching break, get ready for a challenging combination of plank exercises with tricep kickbacks. The routine concludes with more arm and core movements either lying down or sitting. The seamless flow between exercises and brief stretch intervals keeps you focused on the workout without dwelling on the intensity.
