I enjoy fruit yogurt, but the high sugar content concerns me. Here’s what I attempted today to satisfy my sweet cravings with a healthy snack of less than 100 calories. During my shopping yesterday, I picked up some delicious strawberries and raspberries, inspiring me to make my own favorite fruit yogurt.

Ingredients
- Strawberries – Raw, 50 g
- Thick curd (I prefer Mother Dairy Dahi) – 200 g
- Psyllium Husk – 1 tsp
- Stevia powder – to taste. (Stevia is a zero-carb, natural sweetener)
Method
- Blend strawberries with a spoonful of curd.
- Combine with curd, stevia, and psyllium husk.
- Beat well, chill, and savor as a healthy low-carb snack. ?
