Various factors such as genetics, poor diet, lack of exercise, stress, high sodium intake, alcohol consumption, certain diseases, and medications can contribute to high blood pressure. Below is a home remedy that can help alleviate this issue.

 This simple home remedy requires the following ingredients.

1) 40-50 curry leaves

2) 1 cup of water

3) ½ tbsp. Lemon juice (optional for taste)

 Instructions

1)   Crush the curry leaves and add them to 1 cup of water.

 2)     Boil this mixture over medium heat for 5-10 minutes and then remove from heat.

3)     Allow the mixture to cool, then strain off the leaves.

4)    Consume this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning by adding lemon juice for a period of 1-2 months for optimal results.

Note: This remedy not only aids in lowering high blood pressure but also assists in weight management and reducing hair fall.
