Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower, grated (use only the head, not the stem)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 large eggs (or 3, as per preference)

Red chili powder (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Garam masala (to taste)

Oil for frying (use coconut/ghee for low-carb high-fat diets, otherwise regular oil)

Method and Preparation:
- Step 1: Grate the cauliflower using a food processor or grate manually if a processor is unavailable.
- Step 2: In a muslin cloth, squeeze out excess cauliflower juice to prevent the bites from breaking while frying.
- Step 3: Combine grated cheese, eggs, red chili powder, salt, and mix into a thick paste.
- Step 4: Shape the mixture into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.
Delicious crispy cauliflower bites are ready to be served.
P.S. If the mixture is too runny, add a little gram flour to adjust the consistency.
