This 20-Minute Yoga Flow Will Set Your Muscles On Fire

# Get Energized with this Quick Yoga Flow

After spending a lot of time going from bed to desk to couch over the past year, my body is feeling far from lively. It’s as if it’s stuck in a state of being sluggish, similar to how I imagine a bear would feel after waking up from hibernation. No amount of coffee seems to do the trick. To get that fire going, I need some movement – the kind that was missing from my life during the pandemic. That’s where the latest episode of *Good Moves* comes in.

In this video, Paris Alexandra, co-founder of BK Yoga Club, takes the lead in a yoga session designed to heat things up. Her partner, Alicia Ferguson, demonstrates alongside her. Yoga helps engage every part of your body, from your toes to your nose, and maybe even your brain. The routine includes dynamic moves like fiery planks, chair poses, reverse triangles, and mountain climbers, alongside classic warrior poses and other traditional yoga positions.

If you haven’t practiced with these BK Yoga instructors before, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. Rather than demonstrating perfect form in every move, they embrace their imperfections. “It’s all part of the practice,” mentions Alexandra as she momentarily loses her balance in the video. This mindset is not only beneficial for yoga but also for life in general. Remember, practice doesn’t always lead to perfection – and that’s perfectly fine. The important thing is to get on the mat and give it a try.
