However, this requires a level of mental flexibility that isn’t always easy to achieve. In a recent episode of Good Moves, Alicia Ferguson, co-founder of BK Yoga Club, shares a yoga flow that focuses on enhancing both mental and physical flexibility.

Her method emphasizes the connection between the mind and body. She suggests that flexibility in both areas is closely linked. “I believe that flexibility in the body and mind go hand in hand,” she explains. “By practicing these physical movements, we can attain mental openness and flexibility.”

Throughout the 30-minute yoga session, she emphasizes the importance of breathing deeply in each pose. “How can we infuse openness and life into these areas through our breath?” she asks.
